Their 2026 annual Members Exhibition features a wide variety of artistic mediums and offers visitors an opportunity to explore the work of local artists, discover new perspectives, and experience the diversity of Columbus's visual arts scene in one accessible setting.

One of the exhibition's greatest strengths is its location. By presenting the work at the Columbus Public Library, the Guild makes engaging with local art part of an everyday community experience. Visitors can explore the exhibition for free, at their own pace, encounter works by artists they may not yet know, and gain a greater appreciation for the creative voices contributing to our city's cultural landscape.

For those interested in bringing a piece of Columbus's creative community home, a select number of works are also available for purchase. Buying original artwork from a local artist is a meaningful way to support the people whose creativity enriches our community.

The 2026 Columbus Artists' Guild Members Exhibition remains on view through October 30, 2026, on the second floor of the Columbus Public Library. Admission is free and open to the public.

We encourage you to stop by, spend time with the work, and discover the artists helping shape the creative culture of Columbus, Georgia.

At The Columbusite, we believe the arts aren't extra. They're essential to the identity and vitality of the place we call home. Exhibitions and collaborations like the ones currently at the library offer an important reminder that engaging with the arts doesn't always require a ticket, a special occasion, or a trip out of town. Sometimes, an extraordinary collection of local creativity is waiting just upstairs in the library for free.

The arts are all around us, and engaging with them in Columbus, Georgia is easier than ever. The question is how will you choose to engage this year? ◼️
