OUR PARTNERS & ADVERTISERS

ur work at The Columbusite is made possible through the incredible support of our community partners and advertisers. Without them, we simply would not exist.

Arts and culture are an essential part of life in Columbus, Georgia, and thanks to the investment of local organizations and businesses, we’re able to work every day to celebrate the people, places and experiences that make this city such a remarkable place to call home.

We strive every day to make these organizations and businesses proud. Proud of our work? Sure. But more importantly, we strive to ensure that our work is a positive reflection of this incredible city we’re all proud to call home.

Our advertising partnerships take several forms, each designed to support our work while connecting organizations and businesses with an engaged audience across Columbus and the surrounding region.

It’s important to know that we maintain complete editorial independence over our written content. The Columbusite is not a pay-to-play publication. Advertising partnerships do not influence how our stories are written.

All editorial, web, social media and newsletter content published by The Columbusite is created by a member of our team unless otherwise noted, including content produced as part of an advertising partnership. Sponsored content is always clearly identified as such and remains created by our team. Submitted advertisements are published as provided by the advertiser.

The exception is content shared through our cross-publication collaborations, including our ongoing work with Columbus State University, which is identified accordingly when published.

A bit about our longterm advertising partners:

The Columbus Cultural Arts Alliance is the advertising sponsor of The Sunday Best, our weekly newsletter of arts and culture events in Columbus, Georgia. Their support has been in place since 2019 and provides members of the Arts Alliance with additional marketing touchpoints reaching thousands of inboxes across the region each week.

RiverCenter for the Performing Arts is our Title Advertising Sponsor and has supported The Columbusite continuously since 2018 through advertising across our website, social media platforms and newsletters.

Our Seasonal Arts Partners are arts organizations that make an additional commitment to sharing their programming with our audience throughout the season. These partnerships allow us to create advertising content highlighting exhibitions, performances, programs and people of interest, with additional visibility through social media and The Dispatch, our weekly Thursday email featuring top arts and culture content.

Our Print Advertisers help make our print publication possible. Their support allows us to produce additional communal copies of our print journals, which are clearly labeled and placed throughout Columbus as another way for locals and visitors to discover our work, our city’s creative community and the businesses and organizations that support it.

The continued investment our partners and advertisers make in The Columbusite speaks volumes about the way arts and culture are valued in Columbus, Georgia. It also allows us to continue expanding the ways we tell the stories of this community and share them with audiences throughout the region.

As The Columbusite continues to grow, so does the opportunity for businesses and organizations to become part of this work. We welcome conversations with potential advertising partners who believe in Columbus, value its creative community and want to connect with the audience we serve. Interested in advertising with us?
