Race Day is on the way, but not before this week's debut of the Steeplechase Children's Art Contest!
This year, Steeplechase received over 150 submissions from students in grades K-12. More than 12 schools throughout Muscogee and Harris County participated giving it one of the largest participation rates in years. Judges then went through each entry and chose a winner for each category. Winners were notified Friday evening and will have their pieces
on display at Highland Galerie October 25-27 from 10 AM - 3 PM.
Here's a sneak peek at some of this year's winners. Make plans to visit Highland Galerie to see them all in person and learn more about each of the winning student artists this year.
